Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival & Consultation

Arrive in Kerala and transfer to your wellness retreat. Settle into a peaceful environment designed for rest and healing. Begin with a detailed Ayurvedic consultation assessing your body constitution, lifestyle and wellness goals. Your personalised treatment plan is created, outlining therapies, nutrition and daily routines. The remainder of the day is light, allowing time to relax, explore the property or simply unwind. A gentle evening routine introduces the rhythm of the retreat, with early dinner and preparation for your wellness journey ahead.
Day 2 Beginning the Healing Process

Start your day with guided yoga and breathwork to gently awaken the body. After a personalised breakfast, begin your first Ayurvedic treatments, often including oil-based therapies to support circulation and detoxification. Each therapy is explained and adapted to your needs. Afternoons are unstructured, allowing for rest, journaling or quiet reflection. Evening sessions may include meditation or relaxation practices. The focus is on slowing down and allowing the body to begin its natural healing process.
Day 3 Deepening Therapies

Continue your programme with therapies designed to support detoxification, stress relief or metabolic balance depending on your needs. Herbal oils, steam treatments and specialised techniques are introduced progressively. Yoga sessions align with your body’s requirements, whether restorative or energising. Meals support digestion and internal balance. The experience remains structured yet calm, allowing you to observe how your body responds while deepening the healing process.
Day 4 Restoration & Balance

Your body begins responding more actively to treatments. Therapies are refined based on progress, focusing on cleansing, strengthening or calming. Time between sessions allows for rest, reading or quiet reflection. Optional wellness activities such as guided walks or mindfulness sessions may be included.
