Trip Notes

This journey through Shikoku offers a seamless and immersive way to experience one of Japan’s most authentic and lesser-explored regions. Blending historic castles, spiritual traditions and scenic countryside, the itinerary is thoughtfully paced to provide both cultural depth and relaxed exploration, بعيد from the crowds of Japan’s major tourist centres.

To enhance your experience, consider adding pre- or post-tour stays in cities such as Tokyo, Osaka or Kyoto. We can assist with tailored arrangements including rail passes, private transfers, accommodation and guided experiences, ensuring a smooth and personalised journey throughout. Shikoku’s charm lies in its slower pace and local character, making it ideal for travellers seeking a deeper connection with Japan.

Pack for comfort and flexibility, with lightweight layers and comfortable walking shoes suitable for temple visits, town exploration and short scenic walks. Modest attire is recommended when visiting religious sites. Travel insurance is strongly advised, and guests should ensure all travel documents and regional requirements are in place prior to departure for a hassle-free experience.
